We Listen, and We Don’t Judge.

We Listen, and We Don’t Judge

If you’ve been on TikTok lately (or watching old TikTok trends on Instagram like me), you’ve probably seen the viral trend where couples, families, and friends share their quirkiest or most awkward truths. Before spilling, they chant: “We listen, and we don’t judge.” It’s hilarious because, let’s be honest, the internet loves to judge!

I tried this with the kids. My confession? Our local McDonald’s is open 24 hours, so when I say it’s closed, I just don’t want to go there. That’s probably one I should have kept to myself!

While this trend is, of course, all about entertaining and shocking us, it made me think of how daunting it can feel to see a money coach or financial adviser. The truth is, what we do is exactly like the trend: we listen, and we don’t judge. But really, we don’t judge. We’re here to help.

Chances are, your finances won’t shock us. And if they do, we still won’t judge—we’ll just help. Managing money is hard, and it’s not a skill that’s taught. It’s okay to ask for support.

Honestly, there isn’t much we haven’t seen. So consider this a challenge to try and shock me—it might even be fun! Either way, there’s no judgment, just a safe space to work on solutions.

Our job isn’t to tell you what you should do with your money or how to live your life. Your money is a tool, and how you use it is up to you. But if there’s something about your habits you’d like to adjust, we’re here to help you do it—judgement-free.

What Sets Working with a Money Coach Apart

  1. A Safe Space to Be Honest
Lay it all out—the credit card balances, the splurges, the things you think are “financial mistakes.” We’re here to listen, not blame.

  2. Personalised Guidance, Not Generic Advice
We tailor our approach to you. Whether you want to save for a holiday, invest in your future, or simply feel more in control of your spending, we work with your goals—not someone else’s.

  3. Small Tweaks, Big Wins
You don’t need an overhaul. Sometimes, small changes—like tracking spending or setting up automatic savings—can lead to huge results over time.

Instead of internet confessions trending, wouldn’t it be great if people made money coaching the new normal? Like seeing a personal trainer when you want to get fit, seeing a money coach should be just what you do.

Not ready to chat yet? That’s okay! Here are some options:

  • Check out the blog for more tips on building financial confidence.

Remember, you’re not bad with money—You just haven’t found what works for you, yet! You just need the right support. And trust me, we’ve heard it all, so confess away!
